A half-cup-of-tea and olive oil.
One medium onion, grated
Two cloves of garlic, minced
A half-pound of ground beef
A nice cup of tea and tomato sauce
A half-cup-of-tea-olives, black, chopped
A sachet from the broth
A teaspoon of chili sauce
A couple of tablespoons of chopped parsley to serve
A cup of tea, all-purpose flour
Three cups of tea-bread crumbs
Way of preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a saute pan and over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the meat and let it cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat or until it is cooked. Then, add the tomato sauce, the olives, the juice of the meat, the sauce, the pepper, and leave to establish for a further ten minutes. Finally, stir in the parsley, salt, all-purpose flour and mix until there are no lumps. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool. Roll the balls, roll them in bread crumbs and place on a baking sheet. Leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Then, deep-fry the balls in hot oil until they are golden and place them on a paper towel.
This recipe yields about 30 units.
