Food: Figs, Port wine

Many do not know, others just don't believe it, but I love to cook and try new recipes. Below, I place an entry that I made at a friend's house and loved it (adapting a recipe from Estadão).

Figs to the port with ham (parma)

4 figs

6 slices prosciutto (preferably di parma)

½ Cup Port wine (preferably Ruby)

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Qeijo brie to taste (not too much)

Mode of preparation:

Cut the figs in half, without removing the peel. In a bowl, place the half cup of Port wine, and then pour in the tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Mix well

Drizzle the figs with the sauce and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (medium oven)

After taking the figs from the oven, place the parma ham on top, or wrap it in fig and garnish with the cheese.

Simple and delicious.

I swear that the next time shooting photos.
